I have that code in my 2015 outback and it does shift a little funny so I’ve stopped driving it until I get the problem fixed wondering if changing the sensor will fix that issue

I scanned my vehicle 2012 mazda 6i touring and turned out to have the same code p0841, but saying the pressure is high in this case do i replace the fluid?
