How to diagnose internal engine damage quick and cheap

I routinely check oil filters at every oil change. If you are lucky you can catch an engine problem before it becomes catastrophic. Also, I can't recommend enough wearing gloves when directly handling oil and any other petroleum products. With enough such exposure it can lead to organ damage. This is a real problem with mechanics and machinists who chronically handle this stuff. Good video and good advice. This is a smart thing to do at every oil change. Thank you!
