hello guys
in this video i am gone a show you how the find ups charging or not
this ups is Microtek Heritage Gold . but the diagnostic method is same for all pc ups
here you need a multimeter to find the dc voltage of a charging system .
in my case charging voltage is 13.40 to 13.96 so , charging system of the ups is good but battery is rip ! so i have to change my battery that is 10 years old.

mera ups 5-6 months se use nahi hua to power on bhi nahi ho rha...na hi back socket me power aa rha.... shop wale ne dc 14volt direct battery me lgaya and main switch ac power me...to light on hui...but wo bola battery kharab hai... battery ko separately charge karke lgaye to sahi ho sakta hai?? (i have 12volt charger of dish tv,but usse charge hui nhi 3hr me)-kya 14volt charger se krke dekhu?

Bhai ye btao ki agar mujhe 12 volt ka kaam hai aaur battery kharabbhai yo kya jo point ups ke battery chrge krte hai unse direct 12 volt le skte hai. Kaam to krega na, 13 volt adapter ki trh.

Yes, kaam kare ga but first measure the voltage and amps with multimeter then use it and don't touch the circuit board when the electricity on and off . First it's discharge completely then touch the board.

Sir, mera ups hai (microtek) kuch purana aur 2 saal pehle battery change kiya, usse pehle bhi ekbar battery change hua tha aur woh 5 saal chala par is bar 2 saal hi hua aur ekdin achanak se ups bahut heat hone laga jab main apne computer mein kaam kar rahha tha aur maine kuch khat khat ki awaz suni ups ko hath lagaya toh body bahut heat ho raha tha aur jab main power off karke backup mode gaya toh dekha battery puri dead thi aur continuous beep de raha tha. Fir power on karke battery charge karne koshish ki toh ups fir heat hone laga par battery charge nai hui. Please batayen kya fault hai aur new battery aisa kyu hua ?

Sir mere ups(Microteck Heritage600 model) ki battery(Exide company) na to fooli hai na hi crack hai par mera ups 25 se 30 second ka backup de raha hai battery 1 year 2 month purani hai iski warranty bhi nikal gayi hai mene ise multimeter se cheak nahi kiya hai par meri battery ki condition bilkul sahi hai jis wajah se mujhe lagta hai ki meri battery sahi hai ups ko kisi repairing wale ke pas le jata hu to bo bina cheak kiya kah dete hai ki "🙂battery hi kharab ho gayi hai, ups me kabhi koi kharabi nahi hoti" me lagatar do battery badal chuka hu 3 year me

Multimeter ki red or black probe ko battery wire's pe connect karo be Sure multimeter is on DC voltage setting then check the reading, if it is between 13 to 14.8 voltage then it's charging if not then check transformer , mosefet and most important fuse. Be careful from capacitor points, and dangerous AC voltage. If you have not done before then take your ups to electrician.

Agar electricity Ki thori knowledge he tab hi kerna Nahi to electric shock bhi lag Sakta he, which is extremely dangerous. Or you should take this to a ups mechanic.
