By now I'm sure you already have your answer, so forgive me for using your post/this youtube to solidify the topic for myself: Assessing AROM in flexion and aBduction would not tell you much that you don't already know. If you assessed PROM, however, you would be removing the active contraction of the RTC musculature and therefore be assessing the subacromial joint space. B: Again, doesn't tell you enough to differentially dx D: That special test is not for either of these pathologies
