How to dig in ditch plugs

+Robert Taggart the plugs on a hill keep the water from following the pipe down and possibly washing the dirt down the hill.they are designed to push the water to the surface where a diversion berm would carry it off the right of way.hope that helps

Why are you digging down the hill ?

cruisersism when ever you can it is better to dig downhill then you don't have to worry about lumps getting away from you, but if you have to dig uphill I have a video that may help.
