Overkill you got too much slope and you're sloping it all the way to the bottom it's not necessary it looks like a clean trench but overkill

I was told to do it that way, ground here is unstable lowering in crew is in my ass cleaning up, cave ins when i just give a little slope... if you see what we are dealing with maybe you will know/understan and if your pipelining maybe you guys are not that strict where you are then ✌

When in doubt, slope it out. If lowering in gets two blocked and that ditch is open for an extra day and it's sloughing in all over the place, it's going to be a pain trying to crumb it out. Dig the ditch so it stands and if that means it gets blown out a bit wider, at least the back end crews aren't left holding there dick in the wind.

Being union and working for a non union conpany. I hope you get stuck with the non union company maybe that will keep you in the right mind frame.This is why the non union companies still get work. Stop that crap. You have skills that deserve to be paid better then non union companies provide.

Hey man hope you have a good day... you know im a union member myself! but i tell you this. i never get hired in the pipeline through the dispatch i did ask to book me in but never get called except local water and sewer but they dont pay shit!... and i was working for the company under CLAC and i get paid $10 more hrly rate. And benefits is the same except the retirement plan! But the rrsp the company will match it up how much you put in soo its not bad at all too.. and tell you one more thing i work local just doing water and sewer i can always negotiate my rate and get a gas card or 2 hrs a day jump i was in the union never! Soo whatever you talk shit about non union company thats on you, if your good you can get whatever you want with non union company as long as you negotiate.. for me where ever i go i still make more money than guys working for union company.. i hope where ever you are working they keep you busy.. i didnt reply to your message to be an ass!!! ✌ bud!!
