How to dig up Vetiver Grass

I love Vetiver. have it growing along the back as i am on a hillside and will use this to create natural terraces as I grow divide and replant it. we have 10 months dry and 2 months deluge where I live and it still doesn't need any care. Its the best thing for my food forest in progress. Just found your channel today and so glad I did. Much love and blessings :)
