Hello Boss Ruby, I suggest magbuo po ng system na makikita nyo pareho yung flow ng process, deadline, etc. Dun nyo din ilalagay yung mga link para click nalang kung sino na yung gagawa. Pwede kayo gumamit ng kahit anong project management tool na prefer ni client, Boss 😀
