Dear all, Please note that ZOOM has added new SECURITY tab at bottom of the screen. Pls deselect/ uncheck ANNOTATE ON SHARED SCREEN to disable others' drawings/ scribbles.

Oh my goodness, thank you so much! I was teaching a class on Zoom yesterday and I spent valuable time during my lesson trying to disable 2 students from writing all over the whiteboard. They are going to be in for a surprise tomorrow when I block access, haha!

Thanks for the answer. I didn't think my students would do this, but all it takes is one. I'm sharing with other teachers. I didn't know what to do at the time, so I kicked off the student I thought was likely the one, and surprise, scribbles disappeared without the eraser (and now I know where that is!)

Mam, plz tell about how to solve the problem of entering zoom meeting if participants is less than 100.Becoz sometime i will enter, there is a msg come. It is full. But there is only 50 participants.

By default, meeting capacity is 100 in Zoom. If you aren't able to join, there could be only kne reason - meeting is locked by host. Try requesting the host not to lock or enter meeting room early.

How to identify scribbling at zoom meeting on Mobil

Step 1: Start sharing your screen, document, or whiteboard on the Zoom app as you do normally. Step 2: If you are sharing your screen, you will be taken out of the Zoom app. So, open the Zoom app again. Now, tap on the three-dot icon at the bottom and select Meeting Settings. Step 3: In the Meeting Settings, enable the toggle next to Show Names of Annotators. (Alternatively, you can disable annotations by participants as well.)
