I work for a service center and work on these radios. I get a lot of these in because they don't change channels. I always disable the superlock button in the programming because frankly it's the dumbest "feature" ever, especially when it's programmed by default.

​@@gregvail5616 Do you mean key lock? it should be disabled by holding down the button that enables it. My memory's a bit fuzzy, I left that job about a year ago and I rarely worked on that model (it's old and crappy, think about upgrading) but try holding down each button individually for about 10 seconds, one of them should unlock it. It depends on how it was programmed.
