I’m so glad I came across your video! Tonight I was cleaning my cats aqua cube and I was seeing black sluge coming from the cracks from where the water comes out. I tried with my hands couldn’t get it and I came across your video and I was able to open it up and clean it real good. Thank you for posting it. 👍🏻

Glad your video came up. Started working after I followed. This is the second one that stopped. They replaced the original for free since it was only several months old. I still had it and fixed it too using your procedure. Did not see anything clogging it up but I assume there was since they both started working. I think the flushing out the inside if the motor probably did the trick but not sure. But whatever it was was great!!! Thanks again for video. Bill

Omg thank you so much. I kept seeing gross black/greenish slimy sludge in my cats water. I thought about just throwing the whole thing out because I couldn’t get the pump clean enough. Glad I searched it and found this. Now it’s spotless.
