How can you check the water pump for mopping?

Hi Albert, thanks for your message. To check the water pump for mopping, please take off the water tank from the robot, fill it with water, open the water tank's lip, and place the water tank on a flat floor or desk to see if water leaks or not at the bottom of the tank. If it leaks, it means the water tank has no problem. And place it back on the robot, turn it to wet mopping mode and start the robot's cleaning, and see if the mopping cloth gets wet or not in 5-8 minutes. If the cloths get wet, it means the water pump works; if the cloth doesn't get wet, it means the water pump may have a problem.

nice:) but do u know how to save 2 maps? i mean..2 floors? in menu u have save map slider...but...i dont know how it works.. also i cant connect with alexa.

When You start the device 8:05, the switch light starts flashing. What did You do to actually start the cleaner? My Mamibot's switch is also flashing and nothing works. Pressing buttons does nothing. Is there any way to restart the system? Removing the battery also doesn't help.

Hi Tonis, did you put the robot on charging station and then press the button? You may need to turn on the switch first, and then press the button. If problems still exists, please send your video to [e-mail] so that the after-sales team can help you.
