Today, we'll do a disassembly of, and then do a quick review of the Null Knives Raikou, which is an evolution of the Null Knives Raiden, which I've really enjoyed.

Thanks Nick for taking the time to review our thunder beast, Raikou! I thourougly enjoyed the video even if we messed up naming the Raiden 😂 For those wondering, we work with a gReate manufactuer whose name remains undisclosed. Just kidding, its Reate.

It's OK, I'll forgive you this once. But if you release the 'Charmander' and its evolution the 'Venosaur', I'm banning you from the channel. As for the maker, I'm delighted to hear they've realized how ridiculous those constraints are, and how obvious it is when you're the only company on the market silly enough to play those games. Transparency is underreated.

Whoever the OEM is got cREATEive on this one. Love the design and the blade is definitely my style. Price on the other hand is not my favorite but Null seems to be doing something right with their designs because people love them! I’ve missed both their preorders because they sell out so fast. Well done Null!

I am glad they could "come Reate out and say who makes these"... you were very "reative" in hinting in the video. I have one of the 25 limited Damascus on order, and can't wait for it!

Hope all is well Nick! Don't let, whatever it is, linger too long and remember that two things create greatness and also happen to be the two things in life that you can bet on......suffering and change.

Holy cow. Take a look at the relatively new GTC designed Civivi Hypersonic. The only real apparent differences seem to be in the point if the blades and the GTC design has a flipper tab, no thumb studs, and a larger finger area on the blade. The Hypersonic is far less expensive, but the disassembly is identical, and the parts look identical. Makes one wonder

Hi Nick. I’m a long time viewer of your channel and I just have a rather off the wall question for you that is not knife related. My question is in regards to how you keep your presentations so well organized... I think at some point in time, several years ago, I heard you mention that you use a tablet or iPad as a quick reference tool while you seamlessly walk through your videos. I’m assuming that you’re utilizing some sort of app that allows to set up a presentation in the order or format that you wish to present each of your videos? Do you still use this tool? Is it a specific app for this sort of task, or is it simply your Notes app, or possibly just pen and paper at this point? I’m just curious because I have been considering giving my own presentations within an entirely different subject, and I have always admired the format that you use when you are giving your knife reviews. I know this is an offthe wall question, but I’ve always been curious as to how you kept those presentations so consistent and thorough... Thank you ahead of time for any information that you might be able to provide!

I use Obsidian.md to write most things, and just create bullet points which i can scroll through and remind myself of important points. This one was off-the-cuff though!

It looks nice enough for me to overlook the frame lock, but they really need to collaborate with the Pokemon company so that it comes in #0243 Raikou colors to really get my attention. 🤓
@GrimLocke1619 ай бұрын
Specifically, a yellow/purple FAT carbon would do it. Also, I've heard it pronounced as "Rye-koh" not "Rye-koo," but I also don't actually speak nihongo, so 🙃

If this is the case why do other companies say reate is the producer? Like giantmouse for one. Loved the "come reate and say it" comment by the way.

It's not universal, and was a recent 'innovation'. Hopefully they've given up on it.

This is a fake accent that Nick has. I have never heard another person have this regional accent, unless you were an extra in a Martin Scorsese film.
@P.W.R.9 ай бұрын
Fake accent? Just because you've never heard a particular accent does not mean it's fake. Maybe it is, I don't know. He's been keeping up the act for a long time if this is a fake accent. What a waste of time and energy if it's fake.
