Hi there!! i have a query regarding my samsung galaxy A7 sm-A710FD(2016) i need to get my battery replaced and the samsung service center people are telling that the touch key has to be replaced along with the battery but you never did that in your video. Are they adding useless charges?what else should be replaced? is there any risk to the lcd while removing the battery.

Hi, you \ or a specialist mustn't replace any part instead of the battery. The risk is real. Don't do it without an experience. Don't lever the battery by force!

Ola, você deve remover os parafusos, separar o quadro e separar a bateria de um quadro de exibição que está encadernado ao quadro de exibição. Você precisa aquecer a bateria (use uma pistola de calor) e separá-la da tela, com cuidado. A tampa traseira pode ser colada com uma fita adesiva. (usamos uma fita com o nome da marca '3M'). Em inglês, you should remove the screws, separate the frame and separate the battery from a display frame which is hard glued to the display frame. You have to warm up the battery (use a heat gun) and separate it from the display frame, carefully. The back cover can be glued with an adhesive tape. (we use a tape under brand name '3M').

What are the specifications of the original A7 (2016) charger, please? I do not have the original and i am using the original Samsung charger, however, of the Galaxy J5 which has the current of 1.0A. Can I continue using it normally? Thanks in advance.

Здравствуйте, вы наверно не в тот сервисный центр зашли, но конечно бывает что другого и нет, поэтому и безумные цены на ремонт. В любом специализированном магазине вашего города или в другом сервисном центре или на веб сайтах много где есть, практически везде. Aliexpress, Amazon, eBay и много других. EB-BA710ABE - название акб.

Hola, seguro, la pistola de calor (como parte de la estación de soldadura), un destornillador de cabeza cruzada de 1,5 mm (longitud no importa), pinzas y una herramienta abierta (de plástico será preferible). En inglés, sure thing, the heat gun (as part of the solder station), screwdriver cross-head 1,5 mm (length no matter), tweezers and an open tool (made of plastic will be preferable).

Здравствуйте, батарея жестко приклеена, а с обратной стороны модуль дисплея, поэтому лучше использовать фен. Аккуратно прогреть поверхность акб и пробовать отделять, очень аккуратно, если не идет - прогреть заново. Ни каких рычагов или заломов, тк это быстый способ повредить дисплей.
