Good work,knows what he is doing!I like too pressure wash all the dirt dust and crap off first from the whole vehicle,just so that crap doesn’t get over me or the parts.Cleaning first just keeps me and tools and parts easier to handle and helps stop crap going where it shouldn’t.

man I'm so happy the valve cover doesn't take much to get off this engine. I'm having issues with that cold start death rattle and I think I need to replace the intake gear housing right under the valve cover.

Well built engine No cheap belt that needs frequent changing as in the problematic KDFTV Diesel motor!

Outstanding job! I curious about the vacuum noise the 2019 2.7 do when is turn off is a weird noise it does every time is shut off thank you

That noise you hear is on every Tacoma 2.7l and 3.5 and It’s called the Secondary Air pump “Smog Pump” and is for emissions. It’s also on the 2nd Gen Tacomas from years 2012 and newer I think

It is absolutely necessary to open the oil pan before removing the chain cover

Can a dual vvti engine be modified to be single vvti? I want to buy a used low km dual vvti and use it for my truck that was original with signal vvti.

By doing this you will have to change a lot of things besides the engine
