I appreciate this video. I am going to try to remove my entire system and see what it costs to ship to you. I bought the IntraSonic RETRO intercom system to replace my Nutone IMA 4006 system. MY 30 year old system works, just the main station speakers I couldn't turn up the sound. But I could steal hear the radio playing. Please post your address you would llike to have a system shipped to if you would like to have the main station, and all the speakers 7 inside 2 outside, front door. Thank you

I removed the system and would be glad to make it available to anyone interested if they pay for the shippiing. There was a loud noise so there is a failure but I don't know if the whole system is bad or if there are parts that someone can find of help.

Hi Diane: Repair your IM4006 for the "noise" it's making is an ordinary "age-related" repair. Having the Master Station rebuilt will give you another 25-30 years of use from the system - Chris

The issue is that I don't use cassettes and can't figure out how I can replace to use either CDs or tie to alexa or my iphone for the music. Any suggestions? Cost ranges?

Are you still working on these? I have one and it has a buzz in it and a variety of other issues. I considered changing it out with a replacement model.

@@robjd5774 Initially yes, however problems will grow through the Master Station if it's not repaired soon after the symptoms are noticeable. As I explain to our customers, "there usually isn't just 1 problem" The buzzing is obvious - other problems can be overlooked or subtle. - Chris

Could you help me with wall motherboard where the intercom was located? I have removed the intercom and we want to just dry wall up the wall. But is there anything I need to do to the wiring inside the wall? We can still hear a buzzing from inside. Thank you

Hi Sara; You need to remove the Terminal Board, Wall Hosing and Transformer - Disconnect the 110 Volt power to the Transformer wherever it is tied into your electrical system. Then you can close up the opening in the wall. You may need to hire an electrician to do the disconnection of the 110 volt wiring - Chris
