WRONG WRONG WRONG Here's how you disconnect your headset... 👉 To remove your headset's current wireless pairings, hold down the green power button (on the back of the left earcup) and the mute button (on the bottom of the left earcup) simultaneously. Hold both buttons down for several seconds and your all done

are you recording in with hevc format for 4K? and moreover this error difficult to resolve. but we have workaround. do one thing record ur 4k footage in OBS Studio with 4K format. then place the video in editing. otherwise u need to convert ur existing footage to editable format. hope this helps. check and let me know if u still have doubts.

Thank you!!!!! 🙌🏽 I have been tryin to figure this out for days since I got a new pc. Dunno why they made this sh!t so damn complicated to the point that you had to turn into MacGyver. Update: A comment down below has easier instructions that work long term since my XSX continued to randomly turn on. Still glad I bumped into this video cause I got to find out the easier method that ultimately works via comments.

You don't need to use the chat/game mixer when on PC, you can do all that via your PC's audio and Game's audio settings.

Much easier way.. just hold the green on/off button simultaneously with the mute button untill the white light goes flickering red (on the headset)

@@Ghost_Rider-je2pfI found the solution!! Do the correct unpairing process of holding down the mute and power buttons simultaneously, except this time UNPLUG THE XBOX! It will automatically re-pair with the Xbox if you don’t. I had my son pair it with his PC, then turn the headset off while my Xbox remained unplugged from the power source. That seemed to do the trick. I was seriously ready to smash that f-ing headset to pieces. He has the Starfield edition w/ the Starfield controller but at its core, it’s the same headset.
