I have a big list of skills to work though for this series so that will keep me busy for a while but feel free to let me know more video and skills ideas in the comments, thanks!

I would love a video on cx maintenance, like your usual routine of preparing your bike for various conditions and cleaning/checking after. So less tyre pressure and more, what lube to you use, what bike parts are you checking especially... In the meantime, I'm happy to watch whatever you already have planned. :)

As a person who has fallen over, failing to unclip at about 1 km/hr, the fluidity and ease of this whole thing is just amazing. Chapeau to all CXers

This is a really good video, very useful for beginning cx riders! (Unfortunately i can do this pretty well because i’ve been riding cx for a couple of years, wish you made these videos when i stsrted so I could learn from you instead of my annoying trainer😉)

Thanks Cameron, you could have mentioned practice on dismounting on the other side in case of adverse camber etc.

Can you make a video about how to train for races. I mean things like short sprint sessions up a climb, longer interval, or running training.

And if you're shoulder hurts by carrying the bike on your shoulder get like a piece of foam kind of thing and put that where you want to so you don't hurt your shoulder anymore. Things that are soft and small so you can put that on your bike with tape. Can be a handlebar tape...

Hi Cameron, thanks for the video. Just a question, why dont you pass your right leg between the bike and the left leg?

You can but I find it just as smooth to put my foot behind.
