Aapka Channel bahaut hi achha hai. I have a question. I shall thank you to please let me know the legal aspect of the same. A partnership firm was dissolved in 1976 and was taken over by one partner as proprietorship. The dissolution deed was not registered. The proprietor died in 1978 without leaving any will. There were 5 legal heirs of the properties held by the proprietor.I want to know if the dissolution deed was necessary to be registered. & if it was never registered, what will be the legal aspect today.Thanks.
