Can you confirm that when someone is trying to withdraw funds through the phone app, do you have to enter the amount of $ that you want to withdraw or does it automatically send whatever funds you have available to your bank when you press the button (withdraw)? I think the minimum you can withdraw is $100 , you have to specify the amount to be withdrawn
