How to Dive Head First into Water

Want to learn how to dive head first into the water? Here is a quick tutorial on how to dive. We teach you step by step how to dive into the pool. If you have never dived before start bay laying on your belly at the edge of the pool and stick your face in the water. once you are comfortable with that, use your arms to pull or push yourself into the water. Practice that a few times and once you are comfortable, go to a kneeling position. Hands together over your head and dive in head first. After practicing that a few time try jumping in from a standing position. Keep practicing and you will be really good at it.
