Is this permanent or will this flake off , I’m looking for a light tan gum tire look , like bmx bikes from back in the late 80s early 90s . I need to know if this cracks after awhile too

Hi . I tried it's with spray paint to cover the tan wall with black color it's didn't work cuz right after I pumped air to the tube the paint layer started cracking. So is there any special paint substances I need to use

Not recommend a spray paint coz it is not flexible
