How to DIY Tropical Island Terrarium Turtle Polymer Clay/Resin Tutorial

Hey everyone! today I have a tutorial on how to make this cute/kawaii tropical island back turtle out of polymer clay and (uv)/resin. This is the 3rd installment of my Turtle Terrarium Series. It might be my last, or it might just be the 3rd of an ongoing series. So pretend you are relaxing on a nice warm beach during the summer and enjoy this tropical turtle video :D

You will need polymer clay: an oven bake clay that hardens once baked according to instructions. Commons brands I use are fimo, sculpey and premo. Bought from Michaels, Hobby Lobby or Joanns or Amazon. Air dry clay works just as well.
Fimo: Sahara, Black, Aqua, white, green, brown, yellow
Resin: a compound that is time curing into a hardened plastic material. I used UV resin, but you may also use 2 part resin. Link to UV resin here: sophieandtoffee...

@PolymomoTea May I ask what you do so the clay becomes hard and workable? I use fimo and my clay is always too soft, even when I use the professional line. Do you leech your clay? I'm bummed out because the clay won't do what I want.
