its possible to split the stereo audio in two mono parts, to have the master on the left side and the monitor on the right. Then you might need some hardware adapter to split a stereo aux cable in two mono aux cables, which you can then connect to a speaker and headohones.

You mean no beat grid editing? Tap the BPM number, the pitch fader appears. Below it is a GRID button. Press it for the beat grid menu to appear. To set the 1st downbeat scroll/play to your beat and hit the white-red vertical line button near the waveform.
