Agree - we have the XT25 and can't seem to create a long enough wave to hold for tricks. Everyone immediately loses the pocket if they shift weight during a ride.

Skim style: find the pocket and try to stay a little lower on the wave Surf style: I especially struggle with this, but make sure you’re carving back down the wave once you turn the first 180.

My daughter is literally doing 7s cause she can’t stop spinning. We’ve tried to tell her to stay low, slow down spin, look for corner of boat etc. but she just can’t lock in…

I have a 2018 xt23 also located in New England and the thing is great. Very minimal problems except a few minor software issues in the first year that were fixed under warranty, no issues as of recently.

You got lucky. I've had to bring my current boat to the dealer dozens of times trying to fix the same issues over and over again (not just with this current x-star but the last as well). Being left stranded on the water four separate times, after a guarantee that the problems were resolved, was the straw that broke the camels back. The customer service is so bad as well that aside from the mechanic I haven't even heard back from an official representative
