You can’t do BBQ on grill. BBQ needs a BBQ pit and you have to slow, indirect cook ‘em for 12 to 18hrs and baste ‘em several times in between.The charcoal situation was a disaster. You have to let the charcoal become red hot without any flame 🔥 before you put the food on the grill. The brick grill probably caused some damage to the roof. But loved your effort. Thanks for sharing the video. Go Rafshan.
