The first dimension line will be for the stiffeners and the spaces between them, the second dimension line is for room size and wall width (just like the second dimension line for the floor plan) and the third dimension line is for the overall measurement.

Sir, I am mimicking what you are doing for my SBA. I am required to label the foundation plan. What are the labels and what lines do they refer to?

Label the L type, I type and T type stiffeners. You lable them by drawing a circle around them in broken lines and then naning them then draw an arrow from the name to the circle

The typical rule of thumb is that you want to have at least one for every 10 feet.

Yeah but sometimes it creates round chamfers if lines don't meet at a specific point. But you can control it by using offset precisely.

They are called stiffeners. The minimum distance between them is 10 feet.

When you offset by 150, what is it in actual measurements?

It is actually 150 mm in real life which is 6 inches. 25 mm is 1 inch, actually 23 ¼ mm makes 1 inch but we just round it off to 25 to make the calculations easier.

It all depends on the setting of unit and dimensions. If you use the architectural unit with inches then the offset would be in feet("+ ent).

Me g why did you use foundations for the closets. This makes things more complicated you needed to remove the two closets and just do the main walls don’t miss lead students these walls don’t need foundation they are none load bearing!

Good day, you do have a point. The closet walls may or may not be load-bearing walls, this foundation plan was done in abstract so there is not a roof plan or floor plan to match it, therefore we do not know whether or not they are load-bearing. I should have made mention of that in the video. Thank you very much for your comment.
