Man KZbin really has everything. I spend more time than I'd like to admit on KZbin and glad I stumbled upon your channel. Never really realized how high up these olympic divers and cliff divers are jumping from. I'm afraid of heights but used to love jumping off little cliffs prob 10 ft ~3m high when I used to be at the beach all the time

We got scolded by pool security for trying flips off the edge. They said the risk of head injury is too big. So my only chance will be to nail it the first time from 3m. I also don't have access to a local gym with mats. I tried once so far from the swimming start block and landed flat on my back. It was fire in different ways. Might try the big one tomorrow... Wish me luck (at absorbing this videos great knowledge:)

Hi, I have an important question for my 5yo daughter, she recently discovered jumping from 1m then in a new pool she found the 3m and 5m. She got read on her hands and didn't want to keep them on her body so they were more and more red. She kept asking to jump "at least from 3m". After the swimming day was over, she told me at home that she was very afraid and she only jumped because we told her(it was her idea, we just said she can try it) . The next days she started being excited again and tells me how much she loves it to jump in the water. My question is if it is safe for a 5yo to jump from 3m or 5m? She is a bit too brave .. and I'm afraid she could hurt herself!?
