In this video I show you how to do a Press to Handstand. I include heaps of drills, strength exercises, stretches and tips to help you master your press to handstand. ALSO, doing just the drills shown in the video once will not help you get your press straight away, getting any gymnastics skill is a process and there is no way of skipping the process. The progressions in the video WILL HELP if you do them multiple times a week for at least 2 weeks. If its not working for you then you need to remember that it takes time and just #trusttheprocess
