How to Do an at Home Chemical Peel, Pre Peel Prep, and Post Peel Care.

Doing an at home chemical peel can feel intimidating and somewhat risky, but with the right pre peel prep and post peel care, you can give yourself a peel safely and effectively. Pre Peel Prep:
1. Stop applying retinol and strong acid serums for 3 to 7 days before your peel.
2. To achieve the best results do a solid double cleanse.

4. Never do a peel when you are sun or wind burned or your skin barrier is compromised.

Peel is applied once per week for 4 weeks and then once per month. The four-week series can be repeated every 3 months.

Yes. Some peels do not have to be neutralized.

what about the Dr. Hydrotox, isn't that a daily peel?

Hydrotox is a nice daily exfoliating toner. You probably don't need to do a home peel while you are using that.
