Saw this because I had an idea and I want to get some ideas...so I'm going to do a wavy hair and I want some of it as close to the root as I can and added fuller loose hair...this gave me a good idea of how to do the ends and I may rethink buying the locs. I have a silly question lol. When you add the third peace, just for wrapping, it doesnt slide down over time? I noticed it wasnt threaded through at all and cant figure out how it will stay in place over time.

You can still add some just crochet the curly pieces in and wrap a little bit of hair around for security
