This should really be explained in the game... I just got the game yesterday, played for 60 minutes and my thumb is completely fucked and blistered :D I don't think fighting game players understand how insanely difficult even the most basic combos are for noobs like me. like if there's a move IN A COMBO with 2X QCF? forget about it lol, impossible :D I can't even fathom some of these crazy combos people do, insane

Like, I enjoy andy rn. But the most basic things are already tricky... example : down+Lightkick -> down+lightpunch has very tricky timing. Feels like there's absolutely no buffer for moves in this game :S

it might help to try alternate control methods, I can play on pad okay but the games feel more natural to me on an arcade stick or computer keyboard tbh

In fact i 've played kof since 20 years ago and i can say that is the Game with less dificult to make a combo . You only must press keys after others like a sequence or like a random sequence you can try Also and powers begin easy ,before your character touch bottom you can make a cancel and its all.

I was finally able to get the input shortcut. The hold I understand but doesn't seem to work, maybe I'm to slow on the hold idk. Either way thank you for the breakdown, I understood the concept but doing the full inputs was more successful til now.
