Sabse bekar policy hai cost cutting ka.... I'm sorry, but aap has has ke to bata rahe hein, lekin yeh sab jo aapne bataya, ho skta hai isse company to grow karengi lekin company ko grow karne keliye mujhe yeh tarika sahi nai lag raha. Employees ko nikalne wali baat nai hai, employees to rahenge, lekin ek majburi ke saath. Kuch aisa karna hoga jisse employees eagarly apne saath rahe, product bhi quality ka bane, quantity bhi acha ho, achha bikega bhi, customer ka bharosa bhi rahe, cost cutting karna hi na pade, company ko profit me thoda up and down raheta hai. Aur losses to sab ko hota hai, ek aadh baar company ko bhi sehna hoga to zyada fark nahi padega, company woh sab by the time recovery kar hi lega. Lekin har baar yeh policy sahi nai hai. Isse employees, worker sab kuchh time keliye kaam to karenge, overtime bhi karenge lekin baad me pareshan hoke bhag bhi sakte hein.
