So for the classic it’s fan, classic, fan etc? Is the .15 all around even on the inner corners?

Yes, for hybrid it's basically every other lash classic, hybrid, classic and so on. It doesn't have to be exact and you can adjust putting more or less of each type of lash to create a more natural or fuller look. Yes, I only use 0.15 for the classics all around and I believe the volume lashes used were 0.05

cat eye is shorter in the inner corners and longer in the outer corners :) For example, you can do 10, 11, 12, 13 starting with 10mm at the inner corner to the 13mm at the outer corner
