Sir my query is a bit off topic, i want to know about availability of option for filing an application U/O. 7, R.11 of CPC in later stage of suit, did not filed earlier with written statement. (From Punjab)

you csn file it. u can even say it is under s 151 to avoid the 7 11 issues.
