I would like to make you a note that MCA is now a 2 year course for every college and NIT's..it was decision taken in 2019 So BCA+MCA is a total of 5 year course and not 6.

MCA is a great course which helps a lot while working in the IT Industry. I completed my 3 year MCA in 1993 AEC-Guwahati and later got it equivalenced by Comparative Education Services@University of Toronto. UfT had equivalenced the MCA degree to an MS in Computer Science degree@UfT. Best Wishes.
