Sir what if motor ki terminal block (TB) aapas mein short ho ...........Tab toh phir aapko motor bhi meggar value bhi 0 dikhegi aur cable ki value bhi earth ke saath 0 dikhegi Therefore humme motor ki lead ko kholke TB ki bhi proper meggar karni chahiye

Helpful advise, but I would like to little more precisely is Both the megger terminal connect to the earth, It may be misinterpreted by viewer if he uses same earthing header it will shows zero. But instead of that we can advise to connect one probe to the earth and another to the same motor body or another earth point so we can confirm and ensure about getting proper earth on probe to have megger.
