@@AnkushJain as per recent press releases by RBI dated Aug 30, 2024, UCO bank was penalised for several reasons,.one of that is Opened certain currents of non constituent borrowers, whose exposure to the banking system was more than Rs 5 crore. My question is whether non constituent borrowers can open current account or not? Kindly guide me
