Not only their marching, their static drill are way too out of sync and unserious. Turning drills are also quite shit. You are doing drills, not moving around awkwardly.

the left hand shake is proper but no scout should left a leg forwar to shake their hands the marching is improper, they should work on it. scouts should not stamp their feet while marching.the sigh should not exceed the shoulder level
