How to do Sirsasana with Wall Support | Headstand for Beginners | शीर्षासन
In this video i have demonstrated how a beginner's can do wall headstand with easy techniques.
follow this step it will help you to achieve sirasana pose.
make sure everybody do proper Warmup Preparatory Pose and Do it in the presence of someone which will reduce the chances of injury.

I am 70 years old. Though i am in a position to do other asanas i never tried sirshasana so far. With the permission of our Guruji i am now attempting sirshasana but have doubts about going into the position comfortably. Your video helped me so much. I am in a position to do the asana perfectly. Wow i did it, now i understood where i used to go wrong, i used to put pressure on my head but it's the elbows actually and the back must touch the wall, it helps the legs to go up

I should watch this tutorial before casue I did Sirsasan after many years with help of wall for straight 10 mins and my neck and back was forward now it cause too much pain while moving

You do Sirsasana upto 1-3min but initially start practicing from 10sec then gradually increase it. It is really good Improve your focus and Concentration Anti ageing asana Help to hair growth Brain development Stress, anxiety, reduce Many many benefits you can also go through in Google.
