HOW TO DO SMOOTH TRANSITIONS ON TIK TOK *NEW*

Hey guys! Here's a new way of how you can do smooth transitions on Musical.ly Tik Tok! If you guys noticed ever since Musical.ly merged with Tik Tok that the camera quality and frame rate has changed. With this new method, you can use the same exact camera frame rate as what the old Musical.ly had! I really hope this helps you :)
