Brilliant tutorial. So clear. I did it step by step with you. Im a beginner and havent used it yet as it all seemed too confusing. The only problem i have at the moment is that i chose a swirly letter and it sliced in a strange way. I would like to see the next step; the cutting and placing on an object. Many thanks and i hope i can find more of your tutorials.

Hi Tracy! Great video! Very helpful and informative! I've received a Cricut air/2 for Christmas so I'm still learning the basics. Could you possibly do a video showing the different types of vinyl and how they're cut?? This seems to be so confusing to many, as I've noticed in a couple of the Facebook cricut groups I'm in. Thanks so much and happy crafting!! 🙂

@countrycharmbytracy6 жыл бұрын
Hi Joyce - go back and watch starting around 4:02. Both the letter and line must be highlighted in order to weld together. Yes, when Cricut updated design space - it put the options and the bottom of the screen for us now. Hope this helps. xoxo!

@countrycharmbytracy6 жыл бұрын
Hi Michelle - I would get a ruler and measure on your seat about how big you would like the monogram to be. That will be more helpful than you realize because you can see at a glance what 4 inches or 6 inches looks like. Good luck and have fun monogramming and personalizing! xoxo!

Hi Jennifer - the largest mat is 12 x 24 inches so it has to be smaller than those measurements. The good thing is it can be designed in Design Space and then you can cut it. Anything larger - I'm not sure.
