Sir little bit confususion . In medico legal cases the matter is reported usually to hospital police and all procedsings like injury sheet, inquest reports will be prepared by them and later on after arrival of mursila to ps the IO get the charge of investigation. So how can he prepared injury sheet unquest reports etc
