so i recently have learnt psychokinesis/telekinesis(whatever you want to call it) and i thought i may upload a video of me moving a pen over my desk to prove that it is possible for people to learn. sorry that i didn't move something bigger but i can only manage small items at the moment. Hopefully i will be able to move larger items soon because theres a large rock out the back of my house i need to move a few inches over to the left.

There's different methods of telekinesis. Some people may find the method you're doing easier, others may find the visualization of the hand method easier. Some say even visualising energy between you and the object helps too.

If you don't believe in it, that's fine, just don't leave hate comments :) I have been practicing telekinesis for a while now, I've gotten to move a water filled bottle, that's how strong I am just from watching things such as this that really just give you a lot of help when needed, it's hard to find real people who aren't faking it for clout or to play, because this is real, it's a real thing, it's energy. People always ask me what I would call it. I don't consider it a power, I hate the word powers, it sounds like a superhero movie or something like that, I always considered it as a energy source that we all can accomplish if you try hard enough. Key to it all is 1 meditation, 2 drink lots of water, 3 breathe in and out with your stomach not your chest if that makes sense, and lastly 4 always practice, don't go one day with doing it and practicing then stop the next, you won't get better that way. I find it interesting to note his hands are under the table. It's more likely that he has some kind of a magnet attached to the sunglasses so he can move them from under the table...if he's not doing it, someone else is. We need a wide angle view from above the table, under the table...and we need to see UP CLOSE the sunglasses to see if there is not clear fishing line attached to it. Just saying.

You have to believe the object is an extension of your body's energy. In order to do that your vibration must match the vibration of the object. You're going to have to learn to raise and lower your vibration so you can match the frequency of the object. You can practice through meditation. You can get assistance from your guardian.

What helps me the most is I actually put a KZbin video on from my favorite KZbinrs, the when I go to try and move the object I the of the show My Hero Acedemia.(MHA) I think of the girl named Uraraka who has the superpower of zero gravity (telekinesis). Personally that's just what helps me.

I tried doing this but im sitting next to my window and every time I tried to move the pen instead it would get really dark outside. Whenever I tried to make it dark on purpose, I couldnt.

My best advice is to meditate first. When I try, I usually feel warm towards my chest and it tires me out. Imagine strings connecting you to your object
