Great vid! I'm not sure if you mentioned it, but it's also easier to use a rope with longer handles when first trying to get this trick.

Short handle release I would always recommend over your wrist have bet r control and be able to do it in double and triple with good practise. And I would always get right into it not with side swing right and then left having the arms the wrong way around. Just my experience. 🤗

Tha is for this! One of the clearest videos on this trick! One question, after I throw the handle, during the catch, I can’t seem to make the entry wide enough for my legs to jump over and through. The rope ends up hitting my thigh or one leg goes through. Any tips? Thanks’

Ayee, definitely! Focus on getting the handle that is keeping hold of the handle back in pocket position before jumping. :) That should help to get the rope back into jumping position :)
