It's good. However, it good to note that the sunnah of the Messenger(ﷺ) is to tilt the head upwards when rinsing the mouth as to gurgle the water throughly in the mouth cavity, including the back of the nasal cavity. In doing so, washing the nasal cavity will be easier, In Shaa Allaah.

What do I do during the middle of the day salah while I’m out? If I have hijab on, do I take that off in the restroom to do this, or do I skip the part of wiping the top of the head with water and only wipe the hair with water when I first wake up for morning salah after having my hair uncovered while sleeping?

​@kathleencove you will have to do the wiping the head part unless it won't count as you've done wudu. I'd say do wudu before you go out and before you wear your hijab. You can't skip any part of wudu or else it doesn't count as wudu and you cant pray. My knowledge isn't much but I hope this helps 😊

My issue is if I’m at work or out since morning I won’t be able to do wudu fully unless I use a public restroom and take off any hair coverings to do so, since I won’t be able to go home in the middle of the day and I likely won’t be in a state of purity if I have to use the bathroom before I get home at the end of the day. I found another video from a Muslim woman who said it’s permissible to take off the hijab in front of other women if I must in order to do wudu in a women’s bathroom before finding a private and clean place to do salah like in an empty office space. Thank you for the information!

There are some steps those are skipped 1st when cleaning your mouth you use your right hand index finger to clean your teath you move this finger around your teeth so any food particles that stick in your teeth or jaws can be removed .repeat it 3 times. 2nd use your left hand pinky finger to clean your nostrils. In the second last step when you do masah of your hairs after completing that step do khalal (Khalal of the fingers means that the fingers of both hands should be rubbed against each other and shaken in a manner that they are interwoven.) In the last step you start to clean the right foot small toe nail surrounding border so all the dirt could be cleaned then you move to next toe in the end you will clean the big toe nail then do khalal by rubbing your left hand index finger in the middle of all toes so any filth could be washed off. do the same procedure with your left foot .

There are unfortunately two sects in Islam. Sunni and shia. The Sunnis (as shown in this video) follow the hadith way of wudu. Fyi Hadiths are not all authentic and a lot of them are corrupted. While Shias follow the Qur'an which states to only wipe the feet while Sunnis wash their whole feet lol they do a lot of things wrong but oh well, choose for yourself which one you want to follow.

It okay! also since ur disabled, u can’t stand up? To pray, you can use the praying while using chairs, ( only for sick or disabled ) they have a video on how to do it! It basically normal salah, except u sit.

And God Almighty says: So fear God as much as you are able [Al-Taghabun: 16], for all the children of Adam are in this. Both men and women. If the man or woman is unable to pray standing or sitting, he may pray according to his condition On his right side, his left side, or lying down according to his ability. God does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear.
