Great way of showing basic to detail, while noting these are suggestions with limitless options, encouraging us to create rather than copy. Thanks much !

I couldnt agree with you more about the benefits of this mindfull doodling. This is the second time in six months that I have been self-quarantining. In November it was due to being in the hospital for four days due to a virus triggering my asthma and that was for two months. And now the coronavirus. Hard for an extrovert! Mindful doodling has saved my sanity! I actually started doing it about 10 years ago while going through a devastating divorce. I did it every night and found it helped me sleep. I am mixing it up a bit now with doing black and white doodles- using white gel pens, sharpies and Posca pens ( depending on how bold I want the lines) on black paper. Really a different, dramatic look. I think today I will coffee dye some paper and then use a sepia Pitt pen to create some antiquey looking doodles. Thank you for your video and great suggestions!

I like the resulting patterns very much. I find the speeded-up pace of the video to be off-putting to the extent that I really don’t want to watch. Might you, please, make a video that covers just a small amount of content, and presents it in actual real time, not speeded up?
