so after 2 hrs of practice, i let you know a few things squishy didnt cover bcz it is too much of his muscle memory: Q: When do i need to get the first reset? A: Try to reach the ball at its peak height. Easiest if you hit the ball, break for a split second and then jump + boost into it. Q: I do the the flip cancel but the ball bounces away from my car A: You want to stop the cancel as soon as you hit the ball, so your car continues the flip and hits it slightly up and forwards again. This also helps getting your car into a favourable position. Q: Do I have to boost during the flip? A: This is a tough one, it always depends on your position and momentum towards the ball. If you are far away, you need to boost, if youre close you shouldnt. This will come with practice See 3:33 for a boosted flip, see 3:51 for a boostless flip Lastly, i still am bad at the double resets and next to never get them towards the goal, these are just a few things i noticed during my practice and checked the video again to confirm that this is what is happening

Tbh I don’t think either is far superior to the other. Stalls are probably easier once you get them really consistently, but getting consistent is really hard. Stalls might also be better in comp if you do it the way Evample does. Flipping in to it is a lot easier to learn and get consistent.

This is the best tutorial I've found. Squishy breaks down the diagonal flip cancel and that was the only thing holding me back. Other tutorials just tell you to flip cancel, they don't tell you how though. Didn't realize you're supposed to flick down instead of diagonally down to get your car to roll over. I'm getting closer but haven't gotten the double yet.

You helped me get normal flip resets and I realized I was hitting the ball too far forward and I saw you hit the brakes for a split second before hitting the ball which allowed you too get the ball closer to you without hitting the ceiling which also helped me on more controlled air dribbles which helped me hit champ 2 so thank you

Actually managed to do a couple of these (in training) because of this. It's really important that you have good car and flip control, you have to be able to know where the flip is gonna end up, or you will not hit the ball the way you want. Just the thing I noticed :)
