What if the player has inside bounce and double touch both skills? Can you specifically apply the skill you want to?

No bro. If a player has multiple dribble skills then its harder to pull of the skill you want.

Players that have many Dribbling skills have that issue. Its not your fault bro its kobami. In pes 2018 that problem didn't exist
