How to Download a Design file and put it on a USB, PC Version

Thank you Adam! I loaded up on designs on the latest Quiltable sale. Thanks for the discount code too! Here's my question: I need some clarification/guidance on the keywords part of designs. On Quiltable, I can see they have keywords on each design. How do I add keywords to the designs I bought so I can search for them? Or is that only for use within the Prostitcher Catalog, and not while I'm on the longarm? Thank you Adam. You are a treasure to the longarm community.

Adding keywords is something that can only be done in Pro-Stitcher Catalog or some other type of search program. I will be honest, I don’t and keywords to anything. I always just search by the name.

Could you also show us how you use the PDF files. I started printing them out but that is a major waste of paper since there are so many. I have a Mac and would like to create a book type file that would be easy to scroll. I have been going back to the makers web site to look at the ones I have purchased and that is a waste of time. Must be a simpler way to do this. Thank you again.

Sorry Marilyn, I don’t really use the pdf files. Only for the wholecloth designs. I use those as coloring pages

Thank you! I do have a question. When i start with a new flash drive does it have to be formatted for my pro stitcher lite? Like for my embroidery machine, i have to put a new flash drive into embroidery machine and have it format it before i can use it. Do I need to format a new flash drive for the pro stitcher lite? Also, my embroidery designs have to be in a EMB file so it can find it. Do I have to have a special file on flash drive for the pro stitcher lite to find it? Thanks for sharing this video! I don’t think you have to format, I know I never have. As for the file type, if you are purchasing files, you want HQV, QLI, HQF in that order.
